We are a growing roofing company looking for a high-energy, self-starting Roofing Sales Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for a motivated closer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is professional with customers, and is persistent about getting results.

Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads (company-provided and self-generated)
• Inspect roofs and assess damage or project scope
• Meet with homeowners to present roofing solutions
• Accurately prepare and present estimates within our CRM
• Close sales and meet or exceed monthly targets
• Maintain organized records of leads, appointments, and sales
• Provide a professional and positive customer experience from start to finish
• Work closely with production and management teams

Requirements

• Must be able to safely get on a roof
• Self-starter with strong time-management and organizational skills
• High energy, driven, and results-oriented
• Proven closer with persistence and confidence
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Sales experience preferred (roofing or construction a plus, but not required)
• Retired police and fire personnel encouraged to apply
