Job Description
We are a growing roofing company looking for a high-energy, self-starting Roofing Sales Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for a motivated closer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is professional with customers, and is persistent about getting results.

Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads (company-provided and self-generated)
- Inspect roofs and assess damage or project scope
- Meet with homeowners to present roofing solutions
- Accurately prepare and present estimates within our CRM
- Close sales and meet or exceed monthly targets
- Maintain organized records of leads, appointments, and sales
- Provide a professional and positive customer experience from start to finish
- Work closely with production and management teams
Requirements
- Must be able to safely get on a roof
- Self-starter with strong time-management and organizational skills
- High energy, driven, and results-oriented
- Proven closer with persistence and confidence
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Sales experience preferred (roofing or construction a plus, but not required)
- Retired police and fire personnel encouraged to apply
