Position Summary

This role involves direct, face-to-face engagement with homeowners to present our roofing services, generate leads, and close sales. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering value to customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door outreach within assigned territories to promote our roofing services.
• Educate homeowners on the benefits, process, and quality of our roofing solutions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Coordinate with installation and marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales progress.

Requirements

• Previous door-to-door or field sales experience preferred (training provided).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-driven and self-disciplined with a positive attitude.
• Must have reliable transportation.
