Commercial Roofing Outside Sales Representative

Territory: Orange County & Los Angeles County, CA

We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Commercial Roofing Outside Sales Representative to expand our presence across Orange County and Los Angeles County. This role is ideal for a seasoned roofing sales professional with 3–5+ years of commercial roofing sales experience and an established book of business who’s ready to grow a strong territory with a reputable team behind them.

What You’ll Do

• Own and actively grow your assigned territory throughout Orange County and Los Angeles County
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with facilities directors, building owners, property managers, and purchasing directors
• Conduct in-person visits to assess facilities, identify service needs, and present tailored roofing solutions
• Perform roof inspections, uncover opportunities, and prepare detailed, competitive proposals
• Maintain consistent communication with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals
• Stay organized and manage all sales activity within our CRM system
• Support regional sales initiatives and collaborate with operations to ensure successful project execution
• Track sales activity, report on lost opportunities, and provide market feedback to strengthen overall strategy

What You Bring

• 3–5+ years of commercial roofing sales experience (required)
• Existing book of business in the Southern California market strongly preferred
• Proven ability to generate new business and close commercial roofing projects
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, self-motivated mindset
• Professional presence and relationship-building ability
• Solid organizational skills and comfort with measurements, take-offs, and basic math
• High school diploma required
