Roofing Project Manager (Commercial Construction)

About the position

We’re hiring a Roofing Project Manager (Commercial Construction) to oversee commercial and industrial roofing projects from award through closeout. This role focuses on scheduling, field coordination, cost control, and quality execution to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and industrial roofing projects from kickoff through completion
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, inspections, and material deliveries
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Monitor jobsite progress, safety compliance, and quality standards
• Handle change orders, documentation, and project closeout
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to manage scope and timelines

Requirements

• Experience managing commercial roofing or construction projects
• Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems and installation methods
• Proven ability to manage schedules, crews, and multiple active projects
• Solid cost control, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Professional, client-facing communication abilities
