Position Overview: We’re hiring a motivated Roofing Sales Consultant to meet with homeowners, assess needs, and offer premium roofing solutions backed by a trusted brand. What You’ll Do: Lead Generation & Canvassing: Knock doors, work your own leads, then get company appointments to boost your pipeline. Homeowner Education: Guide clients through the insurance restoration process, timelines, and roofing system benefits with professionalism and care. Site Documentation: Conduct exterior inspections, documenting roof, siding, and gutter conditions for accurate insurance and project records. Project Support: Coordinate with the project team to ensure timely scheduling, materials delivery, and quality assurance from start to finish. Minimum Six months of experience in door-to-door (D2D) sales Must be comfortable working in a 100% commission-based role. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required. Bilingual proficiency is a plus (English & Spanish). Access to a laptop or tablet is preferred. Unmatched Earning Potential: $100,000 - $150,000 per year.
