Sales Lead - Roofing - Base Salary + Commissions

Ready Roofing and Solar is seeking a motivated Field Sales Team Lead to join our growing Dallas team. This is a management role for a proven door-to-door roofing sales lead who is ready to lead from the front, close deals, and help develop a high-performing sales team.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of door-to-door roofing sales experience, a strong track record of closing deals, and the ability to recruit, train, and manage other sales representatives.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per year
• Uncapped Compensations
• Team Overrides on the production of your sales team
• Signing Bonus available for candidates who bring experienced sales reps with them

• Support from marketing, operations, and project management teams

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a door-to-door roofing and solar sales team in the Dallas market
• Generate new business through direct residential outreach and prospecting
• Train, mentor, and motivate sales representatives to meet production goals
• Assist team members with inspections, estimates, and closing deals
• Recruit additional field sales representatives as the team grows
• Track team performance and ensure consistent pipeline activity
• Represent the company with professionalism in the community

Qualifications

• 2+ years of door-to-door roofing sales leadership experience (required)
• Demonstrated ability to consistently close roofing or exterior restoration deals
• Previous team leadership or mentoring experience required
• Strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills
• Self-driven with a competitive mindset
• Ability to work outdoors and travel locally within the Dallas area
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
