Northland Roofing LLC is seeking motivated Door-to-Door Roofing Sales Representatives to join our team. This role is all about canvassing local neighborhoods, meeting homeowners face-to-face, and generating new roofing sales opportunities. We provide training and support—you bring the drive, energy, and communication skills to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Knock on doors in assigned neighborhoods to engage homeowners
• Explain roofing services and storm damage solutions
• Schedule free roof inspections and sales appointments
• Follow up with potential customers to close deals
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Sales experience preferred but not required (training provided)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
