We are looking for motivated, competitive sales professionals who want unlimited earning potential.

Position Overview

This is a field-based, on-the-road sales position. You will generate leads, inspect roofs, meet homeowners, and close residential roofing projects.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through door knocking and referrals
• Conduct roof inspections
• Present estimates and close deals
• Assist with insurance claims when needed
• Meet adjusters on-site
• Maintain follow-ups and pipeline tracking
• Represent Level One Roofing professionally

Compensation

• 10% Commission on Closed Jobs

Bonus Tiers (Monthly Volume)

• $75,000+ → 11%
• $100,000+ → 12%
• $150,000+ → 13%
• Company Vehicle Provided
• Unlimited earning potential

(Commission percentage increases apply to total closed revenue for that month.)

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable climbing ladders
• Valid driver’s license
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Pay: Up to $150,000.00 per year
