Role Description

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to develop and close commercial roofing opportunities.

This role offers a flexible structure, combining on-site presence for site visits and client meetings with remote work focused on estimating coordination, follow-ups, and closing projects. The position is focused on building relationships, managing opportunities, and driving deals from initial contact through contract execution.

Internal teams handle estimating, proposals, and project execution, allowing you to focus on client relationships and closing business.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in commercial roofing or construction sales

• Knowledge of flat roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC)
• Proven track record of closing commercial projects
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage relationships with property managers, building owners, and general contractors
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
