Are you a driven, results-oriented sales professional ready to earn based on performance? We are seeking a high-energy Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team at Action Exteriors East Dallas.

This is a performance-based, high-income opportunity designed for individuals who are willing to generate opportunities and grow into leadership. The role begins with door-to-door lead generation and quickly transitions into company-provided leads, canvassers, and support for those who prove themselves in the field.

You’ll be responsible for generating new business, managing customer relationships, and closing roofing projects while building your own territory. With a strong compensation structure that includes commission, draw per approved claim, and uncapped earnings, this role offers serious income potential and a clear path to management.

Duties

  • Generate new business through door-to-door prospecting and field lead generation
  • Conduct roof inspections and educate homeowners on storm damage and insurance claims
  • Guide customers through the claims and restoration process from start to finish
  • Meet with insurance adjusters when necessary to ensure proper project scope
  • Close roofing projects and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the job
  • Manage and work alongside assigned canvassers/appointment setters as you grow
  • Develop and execute territory plans within Rockwall, Mesquite, and Garland
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and project scope with homeowners
  • Utilize Canvass to track leads, manage pipeline, and monitor performance
  • Collaborate with team members to maximize production and territory growth

Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of roofing sales experience preferred
  • Comfortable with door-to-door / outside sales environment
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Self-motivated with a high level of accountability and work ethic
  • Ability to manage time, territory, and eventually a small field team
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Canvass or similar tools
  • Reliable transportation (company vehicle provided at management level)
  • Competitive mindset with a desire to grow into leadership
